Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following criteria:
- Item is in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).
- Return request is made within 15 days of purchase.
- Item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items
- Used or opened perfumes
3. How to Return or Exchange an Item
If your return request meets the conditions above, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@mushkbyhuzaifah.shop to request a return or exchange authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Ship the item back to us using the original packaging, if possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please mention the item you'd like to exchange for when contacting our customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with the return or exchange process, and you will not be charged return shipping fees.
